Founded in 2016 as a result of the high demand for targeted searches from individuals with experience and connections in the roles they are recruiting for.
We’ve sat in the Advisor chair, we’ve walked the walk and talked the talk.
As such, we feel this gives us unique insight to what companies are looking for in candidates, and what candidates are looking for in companies. We believe in building long-term relationships and are focused on giving sound advice to both candidates and clients alike, recognizing that one cannot operate without the other.
We know the industry very well and are able to adapt with changes and regulations that affect hiring. Our team has in depth working experience in Wealth Management, Retail and Institutional Brokerage, Banking, Branch Management, Fintech, and Investment and Asset Management.
Together with our partners we have direct access to over 40 Recruiters and 70 Research Associates across the globe, providing the type of agility clients need as goals and business strategies change.
LEADERSHIP TEAM
Jared Heiner, CFP®
Founder
Jared is the Founder and Principal at WiseRoad Recruiting. He leads the Wealth Management, Executive Leadership, Branch Management, and Accounting engagements.
Prior to founding WiseRoad Recruiting, Jared spent 2.5 years as the Director of the recruiting firm Paul Andrews International, where he helped build-out the Wealth Management recruitment business and trained other recruiters. Before getting into recruiting, he spent nine years as a Senior Financial Advisor, including 7 years with Fidelity Investments. While at Fidelity, he was responsible for a book of nearly $400 million in high net worth individuals, families, and businesses, winning several awards for sales and leadership. He also trained and mentored several other advisors and support staff on best practices for building a business.
Jared is a Certified Financial Planner and graduated from Utah State University with dual BS degrees in Finance and Economics.
Mari Creascova Greene, CFP®
Partner
Mari serves as a Partner and Director at WiseRoad Recruiting. She actively leads engagements within the RIA, Finch, and Private Equity spaces and provides firm wide leadership.
Previously, Mari spent over 12 years as a Wealth Advisor. She was responsible for building and managing books of business, creating and implementing financial solutions, and retaining and increasing client assets. She has worked in both HNW Retail and Independent Wealth Management. She is actively involved in public speaking engagements for recruitment training and is a sponsor of Founder Day in San Francisco.
Mari is a Certified Financial Planner and has a Masters in Business Management and Marketing from the University of National and World Economy.
