Financial Advisor/Wealth Manager

SUMMARY:

 

Our Sr. Financial Advisors offer complex guidance and personalized investment solutions to our HNW customers in a face-to-face setting. It is our priority to deliver customized and effective service, and successfully anticipate clients’ emerging needs. You’ll have the support of a well- rounded team of professionals, with full access to some of the best resources and tools in the industry.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Grow an assigned practice of affluent clients by understanding the client's needs, objectives, and goals, and identifying proper investment services and solutions customized to the client.

  • Build and solidify client relationships pre and post-retirement through a distinctive experience that leverages our unique value proposition.

  • Uses a consultative sales process, determines client needs, obtains commitment and proposes solutions

  • Ability to partner within and across the organization to extend meaningful client value and overall service experience as measured through current company evaluation metrics.

  • Participates in community affairs to increase company visibility and to enhance new business opportunities

  • Serves as a business partner to bankers and fellow financial advisors

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years related experience in Brokerage/Insurance and/or Banking/Retail

  • Ability to learn to understand and communicate all investment products and procedures of the company

  • Ability to identify cross- selling opportunities for bank products and services

  • Life and Health Insurance License – fixed annuity and variable annuity

  • FINRA Investment License(s) – Series 7, 63, 65/66
